Okomano connects to your Shopify store via the official API and to SAP Business One via the Service Layer. When an order is placed on Shopify, Okomano pushes it to SAP automatically as a sales order. When inventory changes in SAP, Okomano updates your Shopify stock in real time.
Yes. Okomano supports both SAP Business One on-premise (SQL and HANA) and SAP Business One Cloud. Our team handles the connection configuration during onboarding.
Okomano matches customers by email. If a matching Business Partner exists in SAP, the order is linked to them. If not, Okomano can create a new Business Partner automatically — configurable based on your preference.
By default Okomano creates a Sales Order in SAP. It can also be configured to create a Delivery or A/R Invoice depending on your workflow. Document type and series are fully configurable.
Yes. You can map Shopify locations or order tags to specific SAP warehouse codes. Okomano supports multi-warehouse and multi-location SAP configurations.
